SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

Are you looking for a challenging, fun, and friendly exercise environment?


Small group personal training sessions have just up to 4 members per hour, covering three strength training sessions (no cardio). They occur on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday, with a day in between to rest and recover your body. Typically, the work-out split is:

Monday: Upper Body Push Exercises (Females: Mainly Lower Body Push movements)

Wednesday: Upper Body Pulling Exercises (Females: We include 1-2 Push movements)

Friday: Full-Body Exercises

 

They are interactive and guided by your coach, as we work towards your goals with like-minded team members to develop your strength and mind each week together. 
 

Investment: 

$75 per week (via direct debit)

Small Group Personal Training members receive a Stronghold Members Only Price rate for our Remedial Massage services.

1:1 PERSONAL TRAINING

Our one-on-one personal training sessions will provide you with the most suitable training experience to reach your goals without the distractions of a public gym.

 

We will be there to ensure the best coaching guidance and conditions, whether it’s for an upcoming special occasion, to correct your technique & form. Or to maximise your current gym workouts, or if you’re training for a fitness competition, have an injury or pre-existing health condition or however personal it is. We got you covered.

 

A personal trainer's support, guidance, accountability and motivation overtime could be all you need to get your overall health, strength, wellness and fitness goals in check.

Investment: 

$100 per session
